Construction Safety & Career Training

Build your future with industry-focused training designed to prepare individuals for careers in construction.

Our programs include OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, Site Safety Training (SST), supported and suspended scaffold training, construction supervisor courses, and additional workforce readiness programs.

We help participants understand workplace safety, develop practical knowledge, and prepare for employment and career advancement. Regulated training and credentials are provided through appropriately authorized instructors and training providers.

Professional Cleaning & Property Services

Through Proper Standard Cleaning & Property Services, we bring professionalism, attention to detail, and dependable cleaning solutions to homes, businesses, and properties throughout our communities.

Foundation & Blueprint — Your Career Bridge Plan

Every journey begins with an honest, compassionate assessment. In the FOUNDATION stage, participants work with Cross Bridge staff to identify:

  • Personal strengths and existing experience
  • Employment barriers and support needs
  • Career interests and long-term goals
  • Current credential and education levels

From that foundation, we develop an individualized Career Bridge Plan — a living roadmap that connects training, credentials, career preparation, and supportive resources to a clear career destination.

LAND: The First 90â„¢

Getting hired is only one part of the bridge.

The first 90 days of employment are the most vulnerable — and the most important. LAND: The First 90™ is Cross Bridge's structured retention support stage, designed to help participants stay employed and thrive during this critical window.

Early Problem Identification

Regular check-ins catch workplace challenges before they become job-threatening crises — giving participants a trusted place to problem-solve in real time.

Workplace Communication Support

Navigating a new workplace culture, management styles, and team dynamics is hard. We help participants communicate effectively and build positive relationships on the job.

Barrier Resolution

Transportation, childcare, financial stress, and personal challenges don't stop at the job offer. We help identify and address the real-world barriers that threaten retention.

Employment Stability

By supporting participants through Day 1 to Day 90, Cross Bridge dramatically increases the likelihood of long-term employment success for both the participant and the employer.

Certified Classes and more……

10-Hour SST (Site Safety Training) provides essential NYC construction-site safety training for workers. It covers key job-site hazards, safe work practices, and required safety awareness to help workers meet applicable NYC DOB SST requirements.

30-Hour OSHA Construction Training provides more comprehensive construction safety education for workers with supervisory or greater safety responsibilities. It covers major workplace hazards, OSHA standards, hazard recognition, prevention, and safe work practices to help create safer construction sites.

32-Hour Supervisor Training
